Call for Candidates

We are excited to announce that there will soon be an Annual Election Meeting to elect three (3) Class A Members to the Board of Directors. If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors of your Association, please complete the enclosed Candidacy Form and return by or before 5:00 p.m., October 18, 2021. After the candidates have been established, we will send out the Annual Election Meeting Packet, including the Ballot, Proxy, Agenda, Candidate’s Statements, and the Notice with the information on how to register and log into the Virtual Meeting.
To nominate yourself or another Class A Member as a candidate, please submit the candidacy form enclosed as soon as possible via Email, Fax or US Mail. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the Annual Election Meeting being held virtually, write-in candidates and floor nominations will not be accepted. Therefore, it is very important that all Candidacy Forms be returned by or before Monday, October 18, 2021 at 5:00 p.m., in order to ensure your name is placed on the ballot.
