Sanitary Sewer Easement Project

The city of Frisco Sanitary Sewer Easement project is moving along and will be impacting the Preston Hutson HOA area soon. The drawing below shows the area of work in relation to the Preston Hutson HOA Addition.
The existing ten (10) trees along this stretch will be relocated to a nearby Frisco Park in the next three weeks or so. The pipe installation will be roughly June to August. New trees and sod in this area will be installed when work is near completion.
