Call for Candidates

As managing agent of Preston Hutson Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that there will be a Virtual Annual Election Meeting on Monday August 26, 2024, at 6:00 pm. This is a Call for Candidates. If you would like to nominate yourself, or another Class A Homeowner for the Board of Directors, please complete the Candidacy Form and return it as soon as possible. The deadline for submitting your Form is Tuesday August 13, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., for your name to be included on the Ballot. The simplest way to submit a Candidacy Form is electronically (on your HOA website), You may also submit it by email, fax, or by USPS (see instructions below). No matter how you submit your candidacy form, be sure we receive it in the Essex office by or before the deadline of August 13, 2024, by 11:59 pm for your name to be on the ballot.
