As the Managing Agent for Preston Hutson Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting has been rescheduled for Monday October 14, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. The first meeting could not be held for lack of participants. The purpose of this meeting is to elect two (2) members to the Board of Directors, and to discuss normal business of the Association. Enclosed with this Notice is the Draft Agenda, Proxy, and Ballot. See below for the ways to vote.

We must make quorum to hold the Election Meeting. Voting Electronically will count for quorum, so no proxy is needed, even if you cannot attend. If you submit your ballot by USPS Mail, a completed and signed Proxy is required. Floor Nominations and Write-in Candidates will not be allowed at this virtual Annual Election meeting.
Only the Owner of record or the proxy holder may cast votes, and only one vote per household. We must receive your Ballot and/or Proxy by or before Sunday October 13, 2024, at 11:59 pm for your vote to be counted. Extended Call For Candidate

Dear Preston Hutson Homeowner(s),
We Need Candidates for the Board of Directors. If you or another homeowner you know would like to serve your community, please complete the Candidacy Form, and return it by the deadline, Tuesday September 3, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., to have your name included on the Ballot. You must be a homeowner in the community, only one nomination per residence. There will be Board Training, you do not have to have Board experience. The easiest way to submit a Candidacy Form is Electronically, on your HOA website, or submit it by email, or fax. You may also send it by USPS to 1512 Crescent Dr, Ste. 112, Carrollton, TX 75068. No matter how you submit your candidacy form, be sure Essex receives your form by or before the deadline above for your name to be placed on the ballot. After the deadline and the candidates are established, an Election Meeting Packet will go out including the Notice, Ballot, Proxy, and Agenda. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS FOR MORE INFORMATION.

The purpose of the meeting is for the Board of Directors to review and approve the 2024 Budget with a possible assessment increase.
Included with this Notice is the Draft Agenda for the meeting. Your Association Manager will forward questions to the Board prior to the meeting, and time permitting, the Board of Directors may be able to allow homeowner Q&A afterward. The Virtual Annual Meeting was held on April 12, 2023, however, due to lack of quorum, the meeting could not be held. The meeting has been Rescheduled to Reconvene on Monday June 12, 2023, at 6:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss business of the Association and to present information on current affairs. We are looking forward to everyone joining us at the Virtual Annual Meeting. Please be sure to submit your Proxy in the event you aren’t able to attend the meeting, as it is important to help make quorum. As the Managing Agent for Preston Hutson Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday April 12, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs.Enclosed you will find the Draft Agenda and Proxy. Please Note: If you are not able to attend the meeting, please complete your proxy and return it to us by Tuesday April 11, 2023 at 5:00 pm. We must meet quorum to hold the annual meeting, otherwise, it will have to be rescheduled to reconvene. If a meeting must be reconvened at a later date, the Association will incur additional costs. You may assign your proxy to a Member of the Board, or to a neighbor of your choice who will be in attendance.Please plan on joining the Virtual Annual Meeting on Wednesday April 12, 2023, at 6:00 pm. As the Managing Agent for Preston Hutson Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that the Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors and discuss normal Association business. Enclosed in this packet you will find the Draft Agenda, Proxy, Ballot, and Candidacy Statements. You may now cast your vote Electronically on your Association’s Website at www.prestonhutsonhoa.com or you may email, mail, or fax in your Ballot or Proxy using the information provided below.
The election meeting cannot be held without the proper quorum; therefore, it is important that you complete and return the proxy, in the event that you are not able to attend the meeting. A Ballot cast electronically shall also count for quorum. If you vote online, please do not return a ballot or proxy and do not assign your proxy to another owner as it will not be counted. Please Note: Floor Nominations and Write-in Candidates cannot be accommodated for an election meeting held Virtually.
If you do not vote online, it is important that your Ballot or Proxy be returned by November 9, 2021 in order for it to be counted.
