Dear Preston Hutson Homeowner(s),
We Need Candidates for the Board of Directors. If you or another homeowner you know would like to serve your community, please complete the Candidacy Form, and return it by the deadline, Tuesday September 3, 2024, at 11:59 p.m., to have your name included on the Ballot. You must be a homeowner in the community, only one nomination per residence. There will be Board Training, you do not have to have Board experience. The easiest way to submit a Candidacy Form is Electronically, on your HOA website, or submit it by email, or fax. You may also send it by USPS to 1512 Crescent Dr, Ste. 112, Carrollton, TX 75068. No matter how you submit your candidacy form, be sure Essex receives your form by or before the deadline above for your name to be placed on the ballot. After the deadline and the candidates are established, an Election Meeting Packet will go out including the Notice, Ballot, Proxy, and Agenda. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS FOR MORE INFORMATION.
Please make sure you are registered on your Association Website and (have opted in for Newsletters/emails) to be able to submit your candidacy form and to vote online!
